Rental Conditions:

1. Minimum rental period is three (3) days unless otherwise specified. Rental payments are due upon arrival. Please make payment in the form of checks, money orders or cash. NO CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.

2. Rates Include a one- time linen/towel and maid service at the time of departure. Daily maid service is not included. It is suggested that you bring beach towels as we do not permit towels or sheets to be removed from the units.

3. Deposits: In order to hold your reservation, we require a deposit of 50%. This rent deposit must be received within ten (10) days upon your receipt of confirmation.

A damage deposit in the amount of $400 per unit is required. Your damage deposit will be fully refundable by check within two weeks of your departure, provided the following provisions are met:

A. There is no damage to the unit or it's contents beyond normal wear and tear.

B. All debris, garbage, etc is placed in OUTDOOR trash cans (at curb).

C. Dirty dishes are placed in dishwasher & dishwasher is turned to "Wash/On".

D. Unit is left in NEAT condition.

E. No items are missing from unit.

F. All keys are returned to the office or left in unit (with door locked on your way out).

G. No pets are allowed. This will result in your entire damage deposit being held.

4. NO reservations are made for minors.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATIONS: ABSOLUTELY no refunds will be made unless the unit is rented to another party.

8:00-4:00 weekdays. Closed Saturday and Sundays.


Guests arriving other than normal office hours should make special arrangements with office personnel via telephone prior to date of arrival to arrange for key pick-up information.


SPECIAL WALTON COUNTY RULES: No glass is allowed on the beach. No chairs, coolers, tents, umbrellas, or other items are allowed to be left on the beach overnight (sun down to sun up). The County fines for glass and pets and confiscates items left on the beach after sundown.
