Located In a quiet and private residential area, this spacious house offers spectacular views and pleanty of room for family or friends to gather. The first floor has and open plan for the kitchen, dining, and living area with room to seat 23 or more comfortably. Here you may dine, watch TV, play DVD's, or use the free WIFI.
From the living or dining area you can access a wonderful screened-in deck that runs the entire length of the house through glass french doors. There's plenty of room for all to gather and watch the sun go down and listen to the gently lapping waves as you wind down from a busy, fun-filled day. You may choose to sit in a gently rocking swing or at the picnic table. There is a charcoal grill available for outdoor picnic meals.
The laundry room and communal bath are located on this floor just off the kitchen. There's also a king bedroom located on the street side with a private attached bath. An additional TV is placed in this room.
The second floor has 3 more bedrooms set in a semi-circle around the stairwell leaving an open view of the downstairs living area. The beachside bedroom has 1 king bed and a private bath. You can step out onto the open upper deck through the sliding glass doors from this bedroom. There is another TV located in this room. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms also have their own private baths and each contain 1 queen and 1 full bed. An additional TV is furnished in only 1 of these bedrooms. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 14.
Two additional rooms can be obtained with the rental of the very bottom floor. This is an optional rental and does not rent seperately from the rest of the house. There is a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top in one of these bedrooms. There is an additional seperate twin bed also in this room. Another TV is mounted in this room. The other bedroom has a full bed. The hallway connects these two rooms with the shared full bath and the stairway access to the main portion of the house.There is also a beach access door from the full bedroom and street access door from the hallway.
